This class gives an opportunity for students to become Dance Instructors and apply their own skills and knowledge in different dance styles. As a visionary, creator, collaborator, and director, students are given a chance to weave a performance piece that can be eligible for our winter and spring showdowns.

Is Loca Dancing really beneficial as a form of exercise and weight loss?

We are aware that it sounds more like having fun and being free (because it is,) Loca Dance is highly beneficial for your Physical & Mental health. Most of these workouts are focused on developing your strength, flexibility, and endurance. How else do you think JLo got that glow?

Can I really shred some weight through dancing?

Generally speaking, to dance, you must move – and this simple action makes you lose weight. So yes, Loca Dance is definitely going to help you lose weight. Of course, diet will always be key. If your focus is to burn calories, classes like the Afrobeat, Zumba, Hip-hop, Twerkout and Hula hoop are definitely going to give you a productive cardiovascular workout.

Then how is it going to build my strength?

Afrobeat is fun but requires you to build strength and core to fully embrace the fun of it all. There are many myths that come with fitness and dancing. An example is how peaceful and graceful Ballet dancers seem to be. But it takes a whole lot of strength and core to be able to move like one. What if I’m a beginner and never danced before?

Dancing is in our nature as humans, we naturally have it in us, it’s all about repetitively expressing our feelings and emotions to the beat of the music. Don’t worry, we are here to take you there. 

Are there Advanced dance classes?

Yes, we do have some of the finest Instructors around, so if you’re up for a challenge, get ready for a showdown!
